Abbey East Timber Kit Home

This is a larger, more complicated and demanding cottage design than the Whitton. It has 2.7m ceilings to the ground floor and 2.7m to the loft ceilings. It is traditionally cosy and features wood paneling to living areas and study. As with all our cottages, the stairs in Abbey East are solid timber, built by our skillful craftsman and can be stained or painted to fit your individual décor preference. For example, this cottage will look superb with walnut stained stairs and 2.1m high timber picture rail and paneling to the living areas and study. It has a quaint kitchen and stove/fireplace as in the old days and also features a fireplace to the lounge. Veneer stone or brick can be added to selected outdoor wall sections and chimneys to complement this great house of sophistication!
