Building Options

Alternate Dwellings can sell you a home in one of three build options:

LOCK-UP KIT: We supply the kit materials only and you build it yourself or have your own builder do it for you.

BUILT TO LOCK-UP: We supply the kit materials and (a) build it to lock-up for as your registered builder or (b) organise a registered builder to build it to lock-up for you

BUILT TO FINISH: We supply the kit materials and the internal finish items and (a) build it to finish for as your registered builder or (b) organise a registered builder to build it to finish for you.
