Concrete Bunkers

Alternate Dwellings have developed two bunkers constructed of durable reinforced concrete. Both are designed to be placed into the ground with only partial exposure. The first can be placed into a hole with top access and the second placed into the side of a hill with side access. These bunkers are designed to be located in a cleared area away from houses, sheds and other buildings as well as any built up vegetation.

The bunkers come with a raw finish and fire resistant doors. An optional ladder for the in-ground bunker is also available.

We will deliver to your site. The owner is responsible to provide the appropriate excavation so when the bunker is delivered it can be put in the excavated hole straight away by the delivery truck (good access for the truck is required).

The cost is $4,800 incl GST plus delivery.
